Boulan has become one of those places I know I'll keep coming back to. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, which I love because you can actually enjoy your meal without feeling rushed or like you're dining somewhere overly formal. The biggest surprise for me was the pizza. It looks simple, but it's honestly one of the best I've had in Miami. The dough, the quality of the ingredients, and the balance of flavors were outstanding. And then there's the bakery... every pastry I tried was incredible. After learning that Chef Diego Muscat is behind it, it made complete sense. His attention to detail and craftsmanship really show in everything they serve. If you're looking for a spot with amazing food, exceptional pastries, and a laid-back atmosphere, Boulan is absolutely worth visiting.

Stopped by Boûlan in Wynwood this week and was genuinely impressed. The coffee was rich, smooth, and clearly made by someone who cares. Ordered a cortado and it was perfect. Service was top notch from the moment I walked in. Staff was attentive without hovering, super friendly, and knew the menu well. The space itself is beautiful too. Those globe lights and bright, airy vibe make it a great spot to start the morning or catch up with a friend. Already planning my next visit.

The pizzas and focaccias were absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The service was also friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic, tasty food!

Boulan Bakery is a great spot with fresh, high-quality ingredients and an amazing selection of pastries. Everything tasted thoughtfully made and full of flavor. The coffee was rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

Boûlan is a new Argentinian bakery located in Wynwood. It's a bakery, coffee and social house. It is tucked in the heart of Wynwood directly across from Ghee and Wynwood Jungle. They just opened two weeks ago on Feb 10, 2026. I had to drop my sister off to the Miami airport. Needed to knock out some quick work emails, so I wanted to check out this new spot in Wynwood. It actually popped up on my feed and that's how I knew about it. The space is cute and very spacious. I just had brunch and coffee with my sister so I wasn't super hungry but wanted to get something as I was going to sit here and do some work. Decided to get the toffee peanut butter cookie. I love toffee everything and could also save the cookie for later. Jorge was the Boûlan staff who helped me and he was very friendly and accommodating. He even asked if I wanted the cookie warmed up. I asked if they had Wi-Fi and he showed me the password by the cash register. As I was looking for a table, he brought over a cookie to me. Let me just say the cookie was a fat cookie! So soft, chewy and the combo of the toffee and peanut butter was damn good!!! Although I wish it had a bit more toffee so you get more of that crunc
